How can I pay?

We use PayPal & Square POS as our online payment processors, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff upon confirmation of payment received.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account, or I can send you an invoice through Square POS where you can pay with your credit card.

How can I pay at a Show/Event?

We accept Cash, Debit, and all Major Credit Cards at all Shows/Events.

When Will My Order Ship?

All Orders placed here at Looner Creations will ship within 2 - 3 Business Days, barring any changes or alterations to a piece (sizing, etc...) Custom Orders will ship within the stated time frame given at the time of the quote.  Keep in mind orders are shipping from Canada via Canada Post and we have some different postal holidays then some other countries.

Do You Do Custom Work?

Yes, Custom Orders are a regular favourite! Go check out the Custom Gallery to see some of the previous Custom Orders we’ve done. We would LOVE the opportunity to work One-on-One with you to design & create the piece(s) of your dreams! ALL Custom Work requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before any work will be started, once the design and quote have been agreed upon.  Please use the Custom Order button at the top or bottom of any site page.

Do You Offer Wholesale?

Wholesale rates are available, please contact us to inquire. Please note that for wholesale orders, a minimum order rate does apply.

Please contact us at any time with any questions or concerns you may have. Communication is the key to every great transaction. All inquiries will be responded to within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.  Weekend inquiries will be responded to on Monday.

Shipping Policies

All items on the web site are ready to ship.  All Orders placed here at Looner Creations will ship within 1 - 3 Business Days, barring any changes or alterations to a piece (sizing, etc...) I ONLY ship to the address specified on your Pay Pal receipt unless otherwise requested.

If the item(s) is a gift and you want it sent to the recipient, please send an email to Looner Creations indicate the shipping address, and if you would like a simple message added (From Paul, To Mary).

Shipping prices cover the shipping materials and delivery charges. If you would like the items expedited, or if you would like to purchase shipment tracking or insurance, please send an email to Looner Creations and I will recalculate the cost accordingly and send out an invoice for the amount owing.  Please ensure this is paid within 24 hours to avoid a delay in your order shipping out.

For our respective peace of mind, orders over $100 will ALWAYS be shipped registered, and with insurance.

Looner Creations is NOT responsible for lost or misdirected packages.  Ensure your address is correct on all communications.

Refunds and Exchanges

I offer exchange or store credit ONLY, with original sales slip and UNWORN merchandise in original packaging, within 7 days of purchase - excluding shipping.

Please email us first to let me know that you wish to return your purchase and again when your returned item is on the way.  If purchase was damaged in transit, please send a photograph showing the damage to the package & purchased piece/s.  Please insure your return package and include delivery confirmation.   ALL shipping fees are non-refundable and your responsibility.   Exchange or store credit will be applied after your item has been received.  You will be sent an email with this confirmation.
